Customer Review: ADEQUATE HOME THEATER SYSTEM
Coby DVD765 5.1-Channel DVD Home Theater System (Black) I have used this product for a short time only and it does an acceptable performance for the price. Do not expect a really strong playback as far as sound since it is suited for a small room like a bedroom. Also the quality of the picture is acceptable. But then again for the price I was not expecting HD quality or better. So far the system has worked well and I hope the quality will be good to last a few years before having to replace it. The good news is that Amazon did not charge for shipping, so that's where I see some savings. Thanks again Amazon!
Customer Review: not the greatest
well this theater system, pretty much is ok. there is no bass at all, so you if you want some good kicks then get a better system or hook up it up through another system (like i did). other than that the speakers arent too bad, they get really loud actually and dont crack, so good for the surround sound, mainly my only con is that the bass sucks.

Customer Review: Small wonder
Replacing my old Canon with a new Canon was quite an undertaking of sorts. I researched and researched via various websites and finally chose the SD990. My requirements are simple...point...shoot...print and for not a ton of money! I am not one to read instructions to any great length and with this camera I really didn't need to as it is very user-friendly. The software is great...downloads are easy and there are many ways to alter the photo so that the finished print looks great. The camera is so good that it enables you to take a photo of something moving (slowly), like an animal in the zoo, without the end result being blurry. The zoom is wonderful. The large screen is fantastic. The only con I have and I can absolutely live with it is the on/off button. It requires using my thumbnail pressed into it to turn it on. Using the pad of my finger doesn't get it done, however, I'm so used to it now that it is no longer a problem. Also, the design of the camera is very sleek and can sometimes feel a bit slippery in your hand so I just use the strap each time I go to take a photo which insures the safety & well-being of the camera...I can be clutsy at times :) I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants a point 'n' shoot camera that's easy to use and that produces great photos for not a ton of money.
Customer Review: Canon Powershot SD990IS
This is my third Powershot camera. Most recently, I replaced my lost SD800 with the 990. The pictures are superior to those I've seen taken by other digital cameras (and that's not because I'm the one taking them). The new modes are fun and useful, like the manual mode that allows you to control shutter speed and aperture, and the 3200 setting that allows you to take pictures without a flash in low light. I highly recommend this camera!
